Return & Exchange Policy:
Products once delivered cannot be returned as cosmetic products are not re-usable due to hygiene reasons.
Products can be replaced within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of damaged, incorrect or incomplete order is delivered. It can be done by writing to the support team (support.gurjar.sahab@gmail.com). We would require the photos of the invoice & product(s) to further process such cases.
Think Do Ventures will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:
No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations.
